The Allegrini family has been woven into Italy's wine history since the 16th century. Till the early 2000's, they were strictly Veneto based and Corvina obsessed, however their love for Italian wine has expanded to include Brunello di Montalcino and the French grape-Italian terroir focused wines for Bolgheri.

With Marilisa and her two daughters leading the next era of Allegrini, sustainability comes to the forefront for the family's two newest Tuscan estates. San Polo in Montalcino (zoom in to the map below to explore the estates vineyards) has been awarded the prestigious CasaClima certification as well as being organic certified. Their Bolgheri estate; Poggio Al Tesoro is an assortment of terroir and vineyards within the maritime Tuscan region of Bolgheri, made famous for the birth of 'Super Tuscans' and home to French varieties in Tuscany. Explore the variation of Poggio al Tesoro's vineyards in the map below (zoom into the Bolgheri area).
