Lieu Dit Cabernet Franc 2019

AT FIRST SIP-Just ripe boysenberry and raspberry usher in perfect black cherries and blueberry. Tannins are gentle with stony texture cutting through a lavender bush and red current sensation. Medium bodied, lovely bright acidity has this wine being dangerously enjoyable to drink. AFTER A FEW-As delectable as when Joey in Friends eats all the jam.

About This Wine

"Sourced from own rooted vines planted at the Happy Canyon Vineyard in the east side of the Santa Ynez Valley. The wine is fermented using native yeast. Once dry, we rack the juice and press off the whole cluster lots. The wine is transferred to neutral oak barrels for the winter. Once malo is complete we transfer to tank prior to bottling"
