About This Wine
A lovely fragrant addition to the suite of wines from Collector. Sourced from a west facing slope of the Courabyra vineyard in the foothills of the Snowy mountains. This area has deep granitic soils and the team at Collector provide detailed care to each and every vine.
Harvests in late March and mostly foot stomped. 25% Whole bunches were included in the ferment before aging in a mixture of new and seasoned French oak barrels.
