About This Wine

Winemaker Alex McKay lets his chilly Chardonnay vineyard in Tumbarumba show off with this absolutely satiating style. Natural high acidity, decadent oak and a bit of patience result in this excellent NSW Chardonnay. The vineyard blocks sit at 610-760m above sea level, nestled at the base of the Snowy Mountains. 

Grapes were wholebunch pressed to a mixture of new and seasoned oak where parcels were kept seperate. Each parcel underwent full malolactic fermentation before resting on lees for almost a year.
