About This Wine

This spicy skinsy curio is a blend of Schonberger and Pinot Gris. 10 days on skins plus a little Chardonnay Musque was added to whip the acidity into line at blending.

Whilst heading up the winemaking team at Meadowbank by day he is quickly becoming known for the invigorating wines produced under his passion project Dr Edge. With ‘’Dredgy’’ crafting everything by hand from only the most precise parcels, volumes are tiny and fleeting from this cult producer.
The latest spring 2021 release showcases the versatility and energy Dr Edge has become famous for. Included is a new trio of blends including a lively chardonnay blend, a textural skinsy number and a frisky fridge-friendly red rounding the range out.
The world of Tasmanian riesling has also been conquered with 4 rieslings that encapsulates each microclimate of the tiny island.
