2019 was a warm and dry year for McLaren Vale, along with the low yields of the vineyard, the personality of this vintage has been voluptuous and juicy.
Open top fermenters were used for this shiraz, before heading to barrel (35% of which was new). Both French and American oak barrels were used for this wine (80%/20%). Blending of vineyard parcels took place three months prior to bottling, resulting in a juicy, powerful and perfumed style.
