About This Wine
Riesling juice over Muscat (Rouge a Petits Grains) skins, this gentle skin contact wine is a citrus perfumed delight. The fermentation and skin contact took plaace over two weeks before being transferred (sans skins) mostly to stainless steel tank, with half being barrelled down to seasoned French oak puncheons. Maturation was for 6 months in these large barrels before being bottled.

Though Liv is from Margaret River and has a love for it, the duo aren't held hostage by the prestigious sub-region. They chase excellent fruit all over Western Australia, keeping a keen eye out for Italian varieties in particular. The contracts they have with their growers stipulate that the pair take over managing the vineyard each vintage from the point of veraison onwards.
Their simple (yet effective) recipe of great fruit and minimal intervention produces exciting results full of charm and a certain Italian energy.
