About This Wine
This is the lighter, crunchier sister of the Pipedream Nero. The warm Riverland which this variety adores, has resulted in ripe red and black fruits. The team at Unico Zelo reeled balanced out rambunctious flavours with carbonic maceration. This is their second Nero d'Avola, after many years searching for the ideal site in the Riverland, they have nailed it with this single site expression.

The Carters have their Unico Zelo label which focuses on single site wines as well as their 'Harvest' label, showcasing growers through immensely drinkable styles.
