About This Wine
A blend of Grenache and Mataro (Mourvedre) where 10% is put into old puncheons (big ass 500l barrels), while the balance is put into stainless steel to retain freshness and balance the weightier, barrel component. Lees are stirred bot in barrel and tank, building flavour and weight. Fermented dry, but packing serious flavour, winemaker Josh Pfieffer (his last name translates to Whistler) has created an honestly refreshing rosé!
