Sourced from the Belaradah Vineyard in the Yarra Valley, this pinot noir was was hand-picked early to retain natural acidity. The fruit was fermented using 100% whole bunch and pressed after 10 days on skins to complete ferment in seasoned oak for 7 Months.
Davidson plum, black cherry and sea-spray, the palate is powerful and fresh with suede tannins and zesty acid.
Serve it chilled or room temp, either way this light red is going to blow your socks off!
