Chenin Blanc is an enticing white grape from the Loire Valley in France. It has a dazzling array of styles in it's homeland; still, sparkling, dry and powerful to sweet and decadent. The grape given the right climate has an almost unprecedented ability to age. South Africa has made the biggest claim to Chenin Blanc outside of France, with Australia hot on it's tails and a smattering of great examples from New Zealand.
