About The Wine: The beautiful coastal features of the region paired with the limestone heavy soils make for a match made in heaven when it comes to Chardonnay. Treated quite gently in the winery with very little intervention but loads of attention. 50% of the juice was split off into high quality oak which has contributed richness and texture whilst the remainder was kept in stainless steel to retain the Padthaway signature freshness and vitality.

About The Producer: Wangolina was founded by the Goode family, 5 generations of farmers in the Mt Benson (Limestone Coast) region Anita the current caretaker of their property is one incredible winemaker. Crafting a swath of different varieties incuding Gruner Veltliner, Lagrein and Mencia Anita is also passionate about offering value producing a "Limestone Coast' range of unbelievable entry level wines that deliver so much for the price point.
