About This Wine
Pale straw with a hint of varietal blush. The nose is floral with some pear, lychee, and honey. The palate displays stone fruit, crisp pear, and lime. This youthful and textural wine finishes with a refreshing acidity that will keep you coming back for more.
Winemaking
Harvested at the cool of night, the fruit was pressed directly off skins and cold-settled for 3 days. The juice was then racked and allowed to start fermenting. Once fermentation was complete, the wine underwent weekly lees stirring for a total of 6 weeks until it was finally racked, filtered, and bottled.

Brothers at War came from humble beginnings. Commencing in 2013 with a tonne of Shiraz, the Brothers’ vision started as nothing more than a fun way for two boys in their twenties to occupy a weekend. In 2014, they added a parcel of Cabernet, and with that, their “Fist Fight” Shiraz and “I’m Always Right” Cabernet were born.
Picking up some other guys along the way, such as their grape grower Chris Alderton, the Brothers vision has organically grown into a shared passion to create world class wines from small parcels of exceptional fruit.
Brothers At War has grown into one of Australia's hidden gems.
