A co-fermented field blend of early harvest muscat blanc à petits grains and sauvignon blanc, balanced with barrel fermented chenin blanc to provide further texture and interest.

Though Liv is from Margaret River and has a love for it, the duo aren't held hostage by the prestigious sub-region. They chase excellent fruit all over Western Australia, keeping a keen eye out for Italian varieties in particular. The contracts they have with their growers stipulate that the pair take over managing the vineyard each vintage from the point of veraison onwards.
Their simple (yet effective) recipe of great fruit and minimal intervention produces exciting results full of charm and a certain Italian energy.
