About This Wine

This rosé is made from estate grown Pinot Noir via direct pressing. Weekly lees stirring builds texture throughout.

After seven generations of sheep farmers across the 4000 hectare station, current custodians of the legacy;  Adam and Grainne Greenhill decided to plant 11 hectares to Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah. This family has been connected with this land for centuries and look towards preserving it more than most. The 10,000 or so sheep that call the Gala farm home, help tend to the vines along with the watchful eye of viticulturist Marty Smith.

Planted in 2009, their inaugural 2011 was met with great enthusiasm. Their wines have impressed both critics and wine lovers with their mineral tautness and floral laced fruit tones.
