A fan of South Australian wine, proprietor Ricky Ponting knew that teaming up with winemaker Ben Riggs could only lead to good things.
Open top fermenters were used for this shiraz, before heading to barrel (35% of which was new). Both French and American oak barrels were used for this wine (80%/20%). Blending of vineyard parcels took place three months prior to bottling, resulting in a juicy, powerful and perfumed style.
