Winemaker Jason Kesner works with just one heritage chardonnay clone (and two heritage pinot noir clones) across their network of meticulously farmed vineyards – testament to co-founder Steve Kistler's origin philosophy of crafting site-driven wines with a minimalist approach. All wines are fermented with native yeasts and bottled without filtering or fining.
