About This Wine
As with all of Uffe's wines, this Syrah was early picked. offering up his quintessential super fresh style this 100% whole bunch Syrah expresses the lightness of foot that this variety can show. Matured for 9 months in old puncheons and only 11.5% alcohol, this Syrah offers up a new face of McLaren Vale reds.
