Ask any person in the wine industry what their favourite white grape is, 9 times out of ten it's probably Riesling. It's incredibly versatile, capable of expressing terroir from bone dry to decadently sweet. Racy acidity awakens the palate almost as much as the intense aromatics does the nose.
We love the originals from the German homeland, but also dry and chalky Australian options, spicy New Zealand examples and anything else we can get our hands on.
Unless otherwise stated, assume the Riesling's on our site are dry. We'll let you know when they have a dash of sweetness.
