About This Wine
Each year South by South West experiments with a new variation of an orange wine – the Arancia!
This vintage, the ‘Arancia’ has been made from single vineyard Pinot Gris that was fermented on skins until dry then basket pressed and barrel matured. This wine highlights the brillant amber colour of the grapes whilst accentuating the interesting phenolic line. From grape to glass our craft is providing wine enjoyment and every bottle celebrates a little of what we love about the south west.

Though Liv is from Margaret River and has a love for it, the duo aren't held hostage by the prestigious sub-region. They chase excellent fruit all over Western Australia, keeping a keen eye out for Italian varieties in particular. The contracts they have with their growers stipulate that the pair take over managing the vineyard each vintage from the point of veraison onwards.
Their simple (yet effective) recipe of great fruit and minimal intervention produces exciting results full of charm and a certain Italian energy.
