Harvest is done in two hand picks; resulting in a great tension between the first pick citrus flavours and second pick riper, broad characters. This wine underwent a wild ferment where 70% of the juice was put into second and third use French oak. Aged on lees for 11 months rounded out this absolutely smashing chardonnay.
