Marlborough may be famed for its unique sauvignon blanc but the truth is that aromatic whites in general do extremely well here. Intense perfume of jasmine, lime blossom and fresh citrus lead to a focused, energetic palate, defined by the vibrant tension between natural acidity and subtle sweetness.
